Dr. Tekin carried my insurance so I read many reviews and they were very good. I went in for a cleaning and I knew I had a broken tooth and needed crowns. He was available that minute to start 3 crowns. After the three crowns were put on, I had cold sensitivity with all three crowns as expected, and I was told it would go away in 5 to 7 days. Two weeks later the teeth were still sensitive to cold so I went back and they told me they needed to shave the crowns because it was like a pebble in a shoe. Two weeks later I still had cold sensitivity to the teeth and they shaved the crowns again, as well as a healthy tooth. The teeth were still sensitive after that so they told me to see a root canal specialist even though they didn't see any sign of a root canal.
I went back to reading reviews and found a review by someone who had this exact same experience, so I decided to get a second opinion. I was told by another dentist that all I needed was a gel to desensitize the nerves because the crowns were irritating the nerves! The gel work immediately and the crown should never have been shaved!

Dr. Tekin is very nice, caring and gental. He cares very much for his patients and wants only the best for them. His staff is very nice, and accomidating as well!
