I've had a filling fall out within 2 hrs of its placement. Today, when his assistant told him that I would need a root canal on my #30 chipped tooth, he stated he couldn't save it and that it would need to be extracted. When I informed him of the pain that he was within the joints of the opposing side of my mouth, he stopped and said, "Well I can't help you. Send her out. Find her a second opinion." He left and sent the clerk to tell me I had to leave, but when he realized the assistant and the front desk clerk was talking to me, he came back. He stated, "I told her I could do a root canal and a crown so I could save the tooth." I asked the assistant if that was true. She agreed that he did say that he could not save the tooth.
About Front Desk: The front desk staff, and the rest of the establishment is always friendly and very informative and understanding to the patients needs.

Continual problems with fitting a crown. 3 return trips, and lots of discomfort from placement and removal for refit.
