Read Reviews for Dr. Randolph Moore
Dr Moore is a great Dentist but his administrative is totally deceptive and extremely dishonest. They pile things on that is repetitive and totally unnecessary. They tell you not to worry that its approved by your insurance. After you consent to the work according to the quoted amounts the come back telling you that procedure is not covered and you owe thousands. This practice seems to be the office official policy. I think the BBBEwould find this bate and switch tactic worth an investigation.

I prepaid 42, 500 to D Randolph S Moore . He failed miserably at the procedure. I had implant bridges falling out 2 days after so called completion . He designed a implant system that is not a good design. I have had 4 other dentist look at my mouth. 1 dentist called him and suggested he give me my money back. 1 other called the work outdated procedure. 1 other describe the work as s debacle. With in 3 weeks after my last visit with Dr Moore I had been told I needed to remove all my implants . Dr Moore also used a cheap version of implants. This dentist totally let me down and I feel I was taken advantage of. I do not recomend to anyone . He knows in his heart he screwed me over and provided poor services. He has a excuse for everything . Execpt when it comes to him . Shame on you Dr.Moore.

Dr. Moore was our family dentist for several years. I thought he was a fairly good dentist with the exception that he was always pushing whitening, brightening, veneers, sealants, etc. I started to realize the quality of his work when a crown had a major cavity underneath because it was not fitted properly to the gum line. By this time I needed a root canal and new crown which my insurance would not cover because it had only been 2 years since the previous crown was placed. I moved my family to a new dentist to learn that the sealants on both my childrens teeth had not been done properly and they had developed cavities on nearly every tooth that had been sealed. Neither of my 2 children had ever had a cavity prior to the sealants and they still have not had a cavity in any tooth without sealants. Dr. Moore did a partial crown on two adjoining teeth for my wife which failed after 2 years. My new dentist said that the procedure was performed very poorly and Dr. Moore did a partial reimbursement for the botched job. Since leaving the practice of Dr. Moore I have spent more than $5000.00 out of pocket to correct his mistakes although we have good dental insurance.

I have gone to Dr. Moore for many years now, but am completely disatisfied. He used to do really good dentistry work, but I had a cavity filled and cannot eat on that side of my mouth anymore!

I used Dr Moore the entire time I lived in Gwinnett and I never had any problems. He's got a nice staff, good facilities, and they treat you well. He seems fully competent and he and his staff helped my teeth become healthier.

Love this dentist! I am really cheap and thought him a little bit pricy, but worth every penny.
