Dr. Berlin in Mableton, GA. He did not introduce himself on my first (and last) visit. He did not tell me much about the cavities that he filled - before or after. I still feel rough spots on the fillings. Cost was great - $10 copay. Office staff was knowledgeable. But I will not go back there.
