i had a bad experience at David J Olson, DDS, PLLC at 509 Olive Way Ste 1238 Seattle, WA 98101.
About Front Desk: disorganized. unhelpful with dental insurance/questions. was charged money I should not have been for services I probably did not need.

About Hygienist: very aggressive... bleeding for days afterwards. was offered medicine to numb the gums but was told it would take a "long time to work"... she just wanted to get in and out!

Dr Dave is awsome. Carol as well. They made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and my teeth feel better. They have a great atmosphere, and very friendly staff. Chair side manner is great. Not only do they let me know what is going on while they are doing it. But I have an extremly high gag reflex. and they take care to ensure my comfort and make sure that I don't feel sick. I would recommend this dentist 4 stars

Dr. Olson is a great dentist. He always shoots it straight and is very pleasant to deal with. I have been a patient for many years, and actually enjoy every visit
