I hate going to the dentist, as I had Dr Mengle's brother as a childhood dentist. I love Dr Iskol. He is the only dentist I have ever had that does absolutely painless dentistry---you can't even feel the shot that makes you numb! The staff have done the cleanings and he has basically rebuilt the front of my mouth. 5 stars!

Recently had some fillings done and so far so good. I think dental cost overall is outrageous even with insurance! The office itself is very nice, huge aquarium, upscale decor however would prefer "basic" clean office if it meant lower prices. I go to the dentist for the quality of the dental services not for the lavishness of the office. The dentist seems to be professional. There is a dog in the office so for those with allergies may pose a problem. The office staff seems friendly with the exception of a few. Not very "sample friendly". I will be neutral on the recommendation and leave it up to the consumer.

Great facility, very good people, nice bedside manor. Easy to talk to, but a little difficult to schedule. Any decent DDS is going to be busy in this area. Dr. Iskol has done extensive work on my wife, my adult children and myself, and none of us can complain of serious pain due to his procedure. He's simply the best!
About Hygienist: Each of the girls are very professional, with good bedside manners. I don't think I could ask for better.

I became a patient some 20 years ago while liviing in Atlanta. After moving to San Diego I had difficulty finding such quality dentistry. Dissatisfiied, I decided to invest in the semi annual 1,900 mile trip back to Dr Iskol. The practice has expanded from their original location but they have been able to keep the friendly customer service environment.

I was a patient from 14 years of age until just last year almost twenty years, the problem is with this dentist he grew so large that it is difficult to schedule appointments and difficult to change appointments. Also I am having trouble getting a copy of my dental records, the only thing they sent to my new dentist after repeated requests was a signed statement saying I was up to date on all cleanings and treatment which was not correct because I had two small fillings yet to be done. He has a great personality but was frustrated by his lack of keeping up with technology and only recently has he switched from using a amalgam for years he kept pushing that material for my fillings. So overall he is a good dentist but he is in solo practice and his patient volume is too large for one dentist.

I would travel from another state to see Dr Iskol and his crew. ALL are top notch! (And his shots do not hurt a bit!)

Dr. Iskol is tops in my book. His manner is very pleasant and his staff is extremely courteous.
