I have been to several dentists and there is not one that even comes close to Dr. Batterton. Him and his staff are ready to help and ready to calm you. I have a very small mouth and it is very difficult to be worked in. However, they take that into consideration and do phenomenal work.
About Hygienist: She is fabulous, somnetimes they alternate and I dont always get the same one. Regardless, each one is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and I ALWAYS leave knowing my teeth are clean,

This is a great staff and a great dentist! They always worked in my emergencies. They always made me feel like I was an important client. I highly recommend this dentist.

Dr. Batterton has been my dentist since 1980. I started going to his practice when I worked nearby. Now I work all the way over in Kennesaw but still go there. That should tell you a lot. My feeling about dentists are that when you find a good one like Scott you should stay with them. He was the first dentist I had that put me at ease and caused no pain. Always accomodating for emergencies. You're not likely to find a better dentist.

On two separate occasions I was charged fees that I was not expecting, for services I didn't understand. The communication regarding the cost of care was not handled very well. Dr. Batterton never got involved in any explanations relating to what the cost of procedures would be. Everything was after the fact. The dental services were, however, very good and I learned later that all services were needed and neccesary. I would like to have been involved in some of the decisions to insure I would be able to afford the care. I was asked not to come back.

I've been going to Dr. Batteron for 3 years. Very nice to me while going through a tooth extraction I was nervous about. His staff is very friendly and professional.
