Why would you go anywhere else but the best -- this is it! Have know Dr. K for over 20 years. Has always done a great job. Had several crakced teeth over the years and he will help any tie of day or night.

My family's dental health has greatly improved since we have been having Dr. Kimmerling & Dr. Krempa take care of our dental needs. My husband and I have had beautiful, perfectly fitting crowns. My daughter, granddaughter & son-in-law have had old amalgam fillings replaced with tooth colored composite. All procedures were done with expert technique and were painfree. Fees were very much in line with our expectations of quality care. We do not hesitate to highly recommend anyone to Dr. Kimmerling and Dr. Krempa.

Dr. Kimmerling and his staff are top of the line! The front staff members are so helpful with scheduling and insurance. The back staff are patient, understanding and knowledgable. Their high-tech equipment allows them to be fast and efficient. You won't find a better dental office in the Metro Atlanta area.

Dr. Kimmerling and his staff are so wonderful. THe staff was very helpful and great with answering all my questions. The office was very clean which is very important to me. I highly recommend Dr. Kimmerling because he truely is the best!!

I have had the most positive experience at Dr. Kimmerling's practice. I've have my routine cleanings, fillings (2), and a cap done over the years and have been 100% satisfied. My entire family sees Dr. Kimmerling on a regular basis. My husband needed deep cleanings, and although those are not fun, he usually falls asleep. The office is beautiful and the staff are always ready to help. He allows us to come all at once which is a real time saver for my job and my kids not missing time at school.
About Hygienist: Every hygienist is helpful and kind especially Carrie and Shannon. Gentle hands and they really care about my teeth.

I have had everything but implants and veneers done with Dr K. Dr K and his entire staff = fantastic. The customer service is world class!!!!
Dr K is a perfectionist artist and it shows...my smile is outstanding because of him!!

QUALITY, DETAILED dental work! The most important factor. Good communication and always there in a crisis (will come into the office.)
Of course, extremely efficient and pleasant assistants and front office staff are nice additives.
The office is beautiful and high tech.
If you have ever had a bad dentist, you will truly appreciate Dr. Kimmerling. (Ever been told you need "deep root cleaning"? This is a real scam at some dentists; however, when I refused the treatment and went to Dr. Kimmerling I was told it was not necessary! )
About Hygienist: I have had different hygienist; however, all have been very gentle and thorough. After I came to Dr. Kimmerlings office, they explained the correct method for flossing, which I had been doing wrong for many years!

Dr. K is AWESOME! I have referred 3 friends to him already (plus their families), and they all love him as much as I do, both the adults and kids. My 13-yr old decided to switch from his dentist of 7 yrs after just one cleaning at Dr. Kimmerling's office, and it wasn't just because he was impressed by the great office and the plasma TV's (I love them as much as he does!). The entire staff is extremely personable and handles every task efficiently and with a smile. The office is always packed but there is never a long wait and you are never rushed through. The attention to detail from every staff member is amazing - on my second visit, the receptionist called me by name before I even got through the door. The level of service is also unmatched - at my last visit I got a referral to an oral surgeon and the office staff gave me Dr. K's home and cell numbers in case I had any problems over the weekend or any questions before my surgery! Even more important to me than the excellent service and the caliber of staff is how EXTREMELY knowledgable he is. And don't be put off if he says that himself - the man truly is a master in his field and fully deserves his excellent reputation! I wouldn't trust my son's smile to anyone else!
