About Front Desk: When I arrived at my appt., the front desk woman intimated that I had been mean to her on the phone when I made the appt. I was totally floored and puzzled by her accusation, as the phone conversation had been completely unremarkable. I guess this woman was either having a very bad day or is a delicate flower. As I sat waiting for my appointed time, I was shocked to see the front desk woman willingly give out someone's insurance information to another person who claimed to be a coworker of his! I also observed a man come in and brag how many patients he'd sent Dr. Patt's way and was he going to get any sort of commission out of it. The front desk woman responded she'd look into that. The same man said he was on his lunch break and stopped in to see if they had any openings for a cleaning and that he was in a hurry. In no time at all, they called him back, and here I am still sitting on my duff waiting! I'd also come from out of town and that took time out of my day; is my time not as valuable? Very unreal, especially when it seems you can't get an appt. for months! When it was time for me to leave, she completely ignored me while she tended to some other work. Overall, I'm puzzled and disappointed by my experience. I will be looking elsewhere.

About Hygienist: I think the hygienist was Lynn. I found her to be quite excellent and thorough in her assessments, which was the main reason why I went back to this dentist. She was able to tell me things about my teeth that previous hygienists and dentists had not. She really knows her stuff and I really liked her. Unfortunately, she was not there on my last visit.
