Dr. Dressler was recommended to me by my medical aesthetics teacher who is also a naturopathic physician. I began studying natural health & nutrition since aesthetic school a decade ago and my studies plus led my own experiences with recurring infected root canals, and another dead tooth due to shoddy dentistry from past which is now affecting me systemically.
Dr. Dressler appreciates those who take their health into their own hands (versus "do as I say" docs whos ego's are triggered by new or different ideas)
He can administer ozone injections to get you out of pain quickly. He respected my request not to have antibiotics prescribed and agreed while still recommending that I fill the Rx "just in case" I were to need it as I was going out of the country on vacation and he didn't want to risk a re-infection that he couldn't help with. I appreciate him so much!
*My highest vote for an Oral Surgeon goes to Dr. Lagos at Center for Biological Dentistry in Tijuana, MX but Dr. Dressler mentioned that he knows someone in TX that he refers to if going out of country is not desired.
About Front Desk: Darla can be hard to get ahold of at times (boutique holistic dental office with limited hours) but always returns my voicemails with detailed enough info for us to schedule without even talking. =)

About Hygienist: I have not yet had cleanings here but have been going for years for the ozone injections to get me out of pain and hold off infections until I could schedule my root canal removal surgery. Due to this, my hygienist is essentially the doctor, whether if be Dressler or his colleague Dr. Berman.

Dr. Dressler hit a nerve when he injected novocain in my lower right jaw. I have been in excruciating pain for almost a week. From what I have read, this can last 2 weeks up to a year. I called the "emergency" number on Tuesday night, and NEVER got a call back, the next morning, the office called me @ 10:30am, offered no apology, and couldn't get off the phone fast enough. I have yet to get a follow up call from them to see how I was doing.
Not sure his focus is on dentistry anymore, so I am changing dentists to finish the work he started. It will probably cost me 3 times as much, but at least this dentist wont mame me.

Dr. Dressler removed my mercury fillings and replaced them with safe materials. He was very knowledgable about the issues connected to this and followed the appropriate protocol when removing them. He and his staff were kind and professional every visit.
