the dentist himself was extremely loud and rude no bed side manner. I witnessed him screaming at one of his employees while I was sitting in the room. his office staff were rude argumentative and seemed to not care about the patients needs or questions at all. I called a few weeks later to check on a pre estimate they were sending to my insurance company and a girl Stephanie told me that I could just do it myself if I wanted to be impatient. I have never experienced this type of behavior in any other office ive ever been I will def. not recommend this office to anyone I know and hope that everyone there was just having a bad day and the atmosphere is not like that all the time. I will never return

About Front Desk: Front office is extremely rude and seem like they are only there for a paycheck. they do not care at all about the patients needs or concerns. I could hear them on the phone with patients while I was in the waiting area and I could not believe the conversations I heard. then as soon as they were off the phone you could hear them talking amongst themselves about the call and laughing I was astound. I will never ever ever return to this facility ever the whole experience was completely awful.

About Hygienist: sunny cleaned my teeth. she was nice while I was in the room once I was back in the waiting room I could here her discussing my issues with the other staff up front and they laughed at me and I could hear them making jokes I immediately left I was so embarrassed.
