I have been going to Dr. Carter Rose since I was 7 years old. He and Dr. Wendy Macke are the best. If I had any complaints, and I really don't, it's that they do not use Nitrous for any procedure. saying that, I have had some extensive work done lately and was never in pain or anxious during any of them. I have had several crowns and other procedures done and everything has been wonderful. The staff is awesome,some have been there almost as long as I've been a patient,which has been 34 years. They never try to suggest anything that doesn't need to be done, and are very reasonable compared with other local offices. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this practice-they are great! I wouldn't ever think of changing, and I have local family that has also been seeing Dr. Rose (and Dr. Macke)) as long as I have-If you want superior care at a great price this is the dentist for you!
About Hygienist: Becky Rules-although anyone is truly talented! Dr. Macke has been involved for about the last two years and will soon take over for Dr. Rose,but she is awesome!

Dr. Rose and his staff are great! They will always " go the extra mile" for the patient. The entire staff is extremely pleasant and makes going for a dental appointment enjoyable. The day Carter Rose retires will be a sad day in Roswell. Bill Fink

Dr. Rose is a very good natured, polite and professional dentist. He injects humor and a sense of calm into his procedures. His staff is exemplary and has worked with my wife and myself for the last 15 years or so. I can recommend him for a very positive conservative approach utilizing the most up to date methods and equipment. He has performed fillings repaired chip teeth and crowns on our family.
His hygienist is also great and gives you options for cleaning methods after explaining the pro and cons of each method.
He has also worked with payment plans that are patient oriented when requested by us.
Great all around person and dentist that cares for his patients health and their finances.
