Went to him based on ratings for my two kids. 1st visit checked kids out of school for appt. Not until we arrived did they let us know we needed to reschedule in two weeks so insurance will cover. That is something that the office manager at ALL medical practices checks beforehand and they did not due. So rescheduled which I had repeated back as well as recieved a card from the office and recieved a call the week before our appointment date telling me our appt was the week of the call. We discussed the date that I had scheduled and discussed my own schedule that I had to move around but agreed to come in at the earlier week which was wrong. OK We show up for appointment and the door is locked and the closed sign up. I also want to mention on our first visit the office person was VERY rude and another patient that was waiting told me her appt was for an hour earlier and she arrived to a locked door. Completely unprofessional and I will look for another Dr. who can run an office professionally. Avoid this at all costs.

I have had a composite, crowns, extractions, x-rays. Dr. Hibbard is, by far, the best dentist I have ever seen. His injections area the closest to painless I have ever had. He is intelligent, experienced, pleasant, and caring. He's willing to answer questions, is very reassuring, and personable. I know when I'm in that dental chair, I am being taken care of by the best and I have no qualms.

Dr. Hibbards hygenist is VERY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL, I am surprised he keeps her around. She is loud, unprofessional, and talks as if she does not have any education. She alone is killing his business. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone solely because of her and her lack of professionalism. This is our teeth, you only get one set and you should be a professional hygenist when dealing with customers about their teeth!

Dr. Hibbard and his staff treated me the best I have ever been treated. I've always been scared of dentist's office since I had a very mean dentist as a child. Dr. Hibbard understood I was scared, talked with me out in the lobby, and made sure I was taked care of by all of his staff. I felt very comfortable in Dr. Hibbards chair and knew that they were there to help me and not hurt me.
