I just started going to Dr. Racioppi along with my two daughters and we are very pleased. I was nervous bringing my girls whom one of them has had bad experiences with her last dentist, but Dr. Racioppi was awesome! She loved him and she even had two teeth pulled and a filling with no pain. She was laughing! I am very comfortable at this office and I do recomend them for anyone needing family care.

About Hygienist: Hygienist was funny, friendly, and just plain nice. Couldn't have asked for more.

This 'family' practice sends new patients to one of the less talented cousins. Perhaps because I have no insurance, I was repeatedly treated rudely. My primary complaint (a broken tooth which hurt like hell) was given nothing but a referall (to an oral surgeon). Complaints about the lack of pain medication were met with "That's not the attitude you need to take with me". A three page letter to the primary partners was never answered. Nitrous was quoted at "a dollar a minute".
Needless to say, I will never do business with any member of this group - and found my own oral surgeon, as well.
