Dr. Johnson is wonderful. He's effective, honest, and doesn't try to do unnecessary and costly procedures like so many other dentists today. He figured out the problem I was having when I was told otherwise by other dentists. It took him a few minutes to fix it--no painful root canal like I'd feared, and he was able to take me right back after my cleaning. He's the best dentist I've been to. He is extremely friendly too. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
About Front Desk: Great front desk staff. I'd been calling around looking for a dentist and she was polite, knowledgeable, and kind. I didn't have my insurance card so she took it upon herself to call the day before and remind me. She greets patients by their first name and made me feel very welcome.

I recommend Dr. Johnson because he is a great man, kind and very caring. He shows concern for you and your family. He is a Christian man and that flows over into his work. I travel 20 miles to visit him but it is worth it. There is not a long wait time and he is very professional. His hygienist is the best in the world. She has the best personality and you are very relaxed and confortable with her. Very fast & thorough.

Dentists & hygienist are okay, but front desk staff & office billing are terrible. In the office, they are cordial, however, over the phone they are the worst. I have had 2 billing issues that were the dentists office mistake that they took weeks to accept resonsibility over. Billing manager's attitude to help is extremely poor. I've also called when the computers were down & couldn't make an appointment, & never received a call back to reschedule. I'm close to trying a new dentist soon.

Went for cleaning and did excellent job.Then had to go back to had two upper centrals bonded.No pain and again excellent job.Also appointments are made within reasonable time not have to wait a month or lifetime.Dentist is professional but down to earth and very friendly unlike my last one.
