I went to see Dr. Steven Elbaz (in Cambridge, MA) about a year ago (April 2004) for my very first root canal. Dr. Elbaz came highly recommended by my regular dentist. Although I had researched the procedure, I was still a bit concerned about the process and about seeing an unfamiliar dentist. Dr. Elbaz and his staff were excellent throughout my visit with them, going out of their way to make me comfortable and well informed. Dr. Elbaz was very willing to answer all of my questions -- before, during and after my procedure -- and had both a professional and personable attitude. Now, after being reminded via postcard, I'm about to see him again for a free follow-up visit to verify that all is well with my root canal and follow-on gold crown. Thus far, I am extremely satisfied with the results of my root canal and I highly recommend Dr. Elbaz for this procedure.
