Dr. Kuroiwa is awesome, has made my dental concerns as pain free as possible, wouldn't see anyone else, I also like that he takes Saturday appointments. Highly recommended Dentist !

Dr. Kuroiwa has treated my family for four years. We were referred by my sister. I have never met a kinder person. He calls each person by name and is enthusiastic, encouraging, and so kind. One reason we left our other dentist is because our children were not comfortable with him and his chair-side manner. Not very friendly, and our children kind of feared him. Dr. Kurioiwa does all the work of a dental hygienist and dentist. He knows his work well and is positive and every way. My youngest son loves to go to his dentist! He has never cried once. In fact, he asks to go. I would highly recommend him, and feel blessed we have him.

Dr. Keith has been my dentist since I was about six years old. I never understood why other children were afraid of the dentist--I liked going so much that I'd call to set up my own appointments!
Even though I have lived off island for the past few years, I still use Dr. Keith and have dentist appointments every time I come home. He and his wife are very friendly and have gotten to know my family. We talk about our dogs, our plans, and everything else.
I can honestly say the costs are also great. I have been in between dental insurance coverage sometimes and they have always worked with me to ensure I can get the care I need.
I did not have my braces done here, but when the braces came off and there were cement bleaches (from the use of old chemicals in application, not from my bad brushing), Dr. Keith was the one who took off the front enamel and replaced them. They look great now and people can't tell my five front teeth are half fake. They've lasted a long time too, nearly 10 years so far.
If you're lucky enough to get into his full practice, enjoy and learn to pity all those other poor souls who dread going to the dentist!

Awesome! Most compassionate dentist I have ever experienced. Extremely skilled and knowledgeable. I don't know about cost because I really don't compare cost when choosing a dentist.
About Hygienist: He does all of his own cleaning. He was not satisfied with the hygienists available in Hawaii. Probably not the most cost effective method but I like it.

Dr Kuroiwa is very patient, supportive and easy going. His spirit and good nature comes through in his work and I always leave the office with a feeling of assurance and calm. Being an adult, I always have the excuses and he gently tosses them aside without making me feel like a total loser. As a family practice, I feel like one of their own, each and every time which is a rare and treasured quality. Get your dentistry done with Dr. Keith Kuroiwa and PUA.

Dr. Kuroiwa is awesome! This is coming from someone who has zero tolerance for pain. He has been my dentist for the past 15 years and I've never had any problems with any of the work he has done. His office has a beautiful view and is extremely comfortable. His receptionist is very professional and accomodating. I would without hesitation recommend him to any of my family and friends.
