Helpless! Wait time in chair very long! Lack of communication with assistant. No suctioning! Poor service up front! Very clean but I don't feel welcomed and at home. Lack of interaction!! Probably will not visit again for any procedures in the near future!! This also goes for Dr. Laurel and Leong. I only liked the female hygienist! If they would all improve, then maybe they would be worth my hard earned money. Seems Like its only "Come in so we can see what's in your wallet...not what's in your mouth!!"
About Front Desk: Awful!! Very inexperienced and lack of customer service! I only like crystal...she has good service and atleast has a good personality and a very nice smile!! :)

Very pleasant experience each time I get my check ups. My entire family uses Dr. Lewis. Couldn't ask for anything more. Very satisfied and have never had any problems at all.

I am losing my teeth.
The crown came off just after 4~5 years, and huge cavity decay was found underneath !
My current doctor stated, "before I do anything to your teeth to see what kind of options Dr. Lewis may be able to offer since the treatment was a malpractice. Right operation was to choose a pin when the patient remaining teeth is so little. It's a malpractice.Should you ask the doctor to be responsible for the dame he has caused to your teeth. If he can't ask a lawyer to assist you .

Dr Lewis is a nice guy, and a good dentist. He pacified even a friend who religiously cries each time she goes to the dentist!! And his office IS like a health spa: good view from the dental chairs, a massage pad on the seat. I really liked him, must make a new appointment!
