Popped a filling and a root canal was necessary. There was no discomfort during any of the visits; the last two didn't even require a local. Chair-side manner is excellent as he tells you exactly what he's doing at all times. Cost was very reasonable. And I highly recommend him as a competent and caring dentist.

Dr Lum and Dr Jaclyn Lum are both very efficient, knowledgable and have the best "chair side manner"! You don't sit long in the wait room if any. Their office is bright and cheery and has the latest dental equipments. Our entire Ohana sees both of the Drs and have no complaints. They take our insurance payments with very little to no out of pocket cost, it's hard to find any dentist that would do that.

My husband recommanded him when I lost intrest to go back to my old dentist. Dr. Lum is very kind and his knowledge is unbelievable. I am really happy with him.

Waiting time is short if any. Very expiriance and has all the modern equiptment to get the tooth repair done. Fast will not sit in the dentist chair for very long periods. Assistances are freindly and polite and courteous.

Dr. Lum was my childhood doctor. His office is rather dark and drab, and although he is pleasant and has a cheery chairside manner, I haven't found him progressive in his practices. He removed a tooth that could have been saved, which I only later found out when I went to a different dentist for a root canal.
