No one is as scared of a dentist as I am. I am scared to even walk past a dental office. However, Dr. Sugita and his staff treats one like family. They make one feel very relaxed and Dr. Sugita is JUST THE BEST!!!!! His staff is also JUST THE BEST!!!!! I have, and will continue, to RECOMMEND them to anyone I know. Dr. Sugita's chair side manner cannot be beat! He puts one at ease and the office atmosphere, from the time one walks in until one walks out, is just OUTSTANDING! Everyone in the office is so friendly and very up beat. I simply cannot say enough about this dentist and staff. I wish I had known years ago how comfortable it is to go to a dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Sugita. I hope this review helps someone to go to a dentist before their teeth gets as bad as mine was before I found them.

Dr Sugita and his staff were awesome in every way!!! My nephew was visiting Oahu due to a family emergency and needed emergency (painful) dental work done ASAP, unfortunately my dentist was on vacation. Dr Sugita was able to fit my nephew in-the same day and was able to finish the work he needed. My nephew said that it was best dental visit he had in his life!!! Staff was incredible and Dr. Sugita really made him feel comfortable. I was able to pay via charge over the phone since I had just finished working 16hrs of night shift. I couldn't ask for any better care they really care about their patients!!!

I have a true fear of Dental treatments, but he and his staff was very helpful, comforting, and confident in their abilities. I'm so grateful that I have him as my dentist!

Dr. Sugita was the first dentist I had seen in years as a result of my fear of dentists. He went way out of his way to make me feel comfortable and in control. He was incredibly patient with me and made absolutely sure I was feeling no pain whatsoever before proceeding. He could have simply recommended more expensive treatments but opted to tell me about cheaper, better alternatives as well. I will be back for sure!
