My experience at this clinic is great. I feel great having Dr. Wong as my dentist. 2 thumbs up!

Dr. Wong has been my dentist since my childhood. He really knows how to relate to his patients, explaining procedures and all the options with their pros and cons. He takes as much time as needed to make me feel comfortable and doesn't scrimp on the anesthesia when needed (unlike another experience I had while off island!) The front desk is equally helpful, looking up all kinds of insurance information so you know in advance what things are going to cost you.
The office is conveniently located and has a very home-style, comfortable feel.
I would (and do!) recommend Dr. Wong to my friends.

Dr. Wong is absolutely the best dentist I have ever had in my life. He really cares about the health of your teeth and explains everything very precisely. I have recommended Dr. Wong to some of my friends and they too are pleased with his expertise and caring. And his receptionist, Jerri, is very helpful.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR. WONG! Dr. Wong has horrible chairside manner. I was not that afraid of dentists before I went, but the rough handling of Dr. Wong left me extremely tense, aggitated, and very nervous. He was impatient and seemed annoyed to answer simple dental questions. It was a fast-paced "free clinic" kind of experience, one with no kindness or apathy for patients. DO NOT GO HERE

Dr. Wong is patient, explains his procedures thoroughly (what is wrong and what he plans to do). He is careful in all that he does and has a very gentle touch. He talks to you like an equal rather than talking down to you. Dr. Wong also makes sure you are comfortable throughout the entire time and if you feel any pain or discomfort, all you have to do is stop him and he will rectify it. He IS expensive, but what dentist isn't? His facilities are average, but it's clean.
Customer service is excellent; his secretary/receptionist is very friendly and like Dr. Wong, will help you in any way he can.
The only downside is his dental assistant who offends people with her manner and snide remarks, but just ignore her like my wife and I do.
I highly recommend Dr. Wong.
