They are impressively supportive of patients with special needs. Dr. Fein worked carefully, remained patient, answered all questions, kept a positive attitude, and was a generally pleasant person to have met. Best of all, care went well. Pain was kept under control, breaks were given when necessary. I'd trust him with my mother.
About Front Desk: His office staff were friendly and human, even early in the morning! They responded to messages almost immediately, and with solid answers.

Dr. Fein did a root canal on my back upper tooth that had a really big cavity in it. I had never had one done before and I was extremely nervous. The girls in the front office were really sweet. There was only about a 5 minute waiting period after I filled out my paperwork. Dr. Fein took xrays to get a better picture of the roots and then numbed my tooth. I didn't even feel the needle he numbed me with. The most anxiety I experienced was when he lowered the chair to have my lay flat back looking at the light waiting for the drilling to start. After about 15 miuntes into the proceedure, I never gave it a second thought. I didn't have a bit of pain. I brought my Ipod to listen to and that helped distract me. I admit its a long time of keeping your mouth opened with the laytex covering over the area he's working on which keeps anything from getting in your mouth, but there was no pain at all. They girls up front gave me 3 Advil before I left because they said I may get alittle swelling or soreness but I never did. He did a fantistic job! My insurance covered 80% so it wasn't too painful to my pocket either. I would highly recommend Dr. Fein. He's very nice and knows exactly what he's doing. I was very impressed.

Had a root canal done for a cracked molar. Dr. Fein and his staff were very professionsl. He explained things well and was very gentle during the procedure. He numbed me up REAL good. Never felt a thing. I still have to have the permanent crown put on by my dentist, but so far so good.

Dr. Fein performed a root canal on what ended up being a wisdom tooth with a very strange root configuration. Surprised even Dr. Fein. However, the tooth needed to stay in so he performed root canal therapy that was successful and saved the tooth. Very pleasant experience even for a dentist visit! Staff were all wonderful and Dr. Fein is extremely personable and professional.
