The hygienist was nice but we had major issues twice. The first time I had a root canal and they quoted the price for the root canal and the post but when they did it they also put a filling on it. When I went to check out and pay it was a lot more than I was told. When I asked why I was told they did something that they had not discussed with me or asked me if I was OK to have it done. This second time I took my kids in for a cleaning and after it was done was told they didn't check ins to make sure it was covered before we came. This is something every dentist I have ever heard of does. we used to have 2 ins and now we have only one and they don't take the one we have so I now am told I owe $400 FOR 2 CHILD CLEANINGS. This is such crap!!!! I asked why they didn't do a determination of benefits and I was told "That isn't our job it's the patients responsibility."
