I had a crown repaired. I wanted it done before my insurance ran out. They gave me an estimate of my portion of the bill. They did not tell me they had not preauthorized with my insurance company or that perhaps I should check to see if the procedure was covered. As it turns out, the crown was not covered as it was a replacement of the same crown within the seven year time frame restricted by Delta Dental. I was extremely upset when Dr. Fenwick presented me with the $431.00 bill for the portion the insurance did not cover. I told them specifically why I was there and they knew I would not have had the repair work done with it was not covered by the insurance. They were not willing to discount the difference in any manner. Very disappointing considering my whole family has gone there for over 15 years. I would not recommend this dentist unless you are willing to check and recheck every time you need repair work done as they are not willing to go the extra phone call for their patients.

Dr. Fenwick and her staff made this very frightened gal at ease. Her chairside manner is the best I've ever had. She is gentle and caring. Her staff knows exactly what to do, and when speaking with them...it's like old home week. They make you feel like family, yet very professional. Love, love,love them!!! I reccommend to all my friends.

Dr. Fenwick and her staff are Amazing. My family of five comes to the US only every other year. They fit us in at the last minute, and we were seen for everything from cleanings to fillings and even a crown. Dr. Fenwick is warm, kind, and professional, and takes her time to ensure that the children are not uncomfortable or scared. She was excellent for me as well, given that I have had past bad (painful) dental experiences. She was very patient and didn't hurt me at all. I would give Dr. Fenwick our highest recommendation as a family dentist. See in you in two years, everyone!
Please note: I marked moderately expensive only because we have rather scant dental insurance. For someone with normal insurance I'm sure they would be perfectly affordable.
About Hygienist: I have very sensitive gums and teeth. The hygenist took my word for it and gave me a "comfort paste," which numbed me slightly for the cleaning. Amazing stuff...and she was very gentle, yet thorough.
