Dr. Harding has a well prepared and personable office staff who welcomed me and made me feel at ease as soon as I entered the office. The office manager went above and beyond to assist me with my questions about my insurance benefits. My wait time was approximately 3 minutes before I was called back by the hygienist. The hygienist was very gentle and she payed attention to detail always asking if I was comfortable or needed anything.
The office and treatment rooms are impeccably clean and up to date in technology and design.
Dr. Harding did not hurry with the exam and she was sensitive to my needs. She listened and offered suggestions while explaining my particular condition. She is very gentle when she works.
I would highly recommend the Gentle Family Dentistry office to anyone of any age.

About Hygienist: I would give Dr. Harding's hygienists a 5 out of 5 stars! I have seen several of them throughout the years and they are all top notch. Very gentle and thorough.

- Welcoming atmosphere by the assistants and office ladies.
- Dental assistant constantly asked about comfort.
- Well prepared conversation about how to take care of mouth once we got home.
- A bag full of treats picked specifically to help with the first night after surgery.
- Two phone calls from the office to check up on him, both within 24 hours of the surgery, and one was from the doctor personally (much later in the evening than office hours).
- Semi-cheap considering we don't have insurance.

I began my treatment with Dr. Harding in Boise, ID about twenty years ago. Since then, I have relocated to San Diego, CA, but I still fly up to Boise for all of my dental treatment. This time, Dr. Harding did a double crown. The experience was professional and completely painless. She is truly a "best in class" example of what every dentist in America should aspire to be. She is nationally recognized by her peers as a Fellow of the ADA, and has literally set the bar for all others in her profession. I give my highest and unqualified recommendation to Dr. Harding and all of her staff. The best part is the fact that Dr. Harding is friendly and approachable, and possesses a deep and genuine concern for the welfare of all her patients. Overall, this was an EXCELLENT experience!
About Hygienist: From the moment I walked in, everyone treated me like I was the only patient in the world! Everyone was so friendly and professional to me. The hygienist was technically excellent and she made the visit a very pleasant experience for me.

I have had everything from regular cleanings to crowns to veneers performed by Dr. Harding. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She has a great staff. They are always calm, friendly, and professional. She has been my children's (now teenagers) only dentist. They enjoy visiting and have great, healthy teeth.

Dr. Harding and her office go out of their way to create a calm and comforting environment. I had a lot of work to get done over years, but they never nagged, and always tried to find every way to make the experience as plesant as possible. They create a family environment among their staff and patients. You really feel like you are going to catch up with old friends when it is time for your check-up.
