I went to Dr. Gregory-Head for an expert opinion on my crowns. She is a well-regarded expert in Prosthedontics and teaches at University. I find her manner to be very smooth, confident and professional. One issue I have is that she is not a Preferred Provider for my dental insurance, so going to her is much more expensive for me. So for routine procedures, I am going to another dentist. But for crowns, etc. she is the expert and definitely worth the extra cost.

Dr. Gregory-Head and her crew have provided me with first class dental work (Crowns, Fillings, Cleanings and a dental guard) for the last few years. I have been extremely happy with the quality of care that goes into her work. Dr Gregory-Head has the best "chair side" manner of any Dentist I have ever been to- and I've been to quite a few-and had work done. I have a high maintanance mouth and she has never made me feel like I'm a bad citizen for having a mouth full of fillings. Her crew and receptionist/billing support is top-notch. When I do need anisthetic, her shots are painless and very effective. it's over quickly and I'm on my way back to work.

Initially, I was not happy with the appearance of the crowns. Dr. Head took them out and had them completely redone. I would highly recommend Dr. Head to anyone needing crown work. She has a great staff and Arlene, her receptionist, is the greatest!

After having seen numerous dental professionals, I had the good fortune of meeting Dr. Belinda Gregory-Head and her entire staff. I have been undergoing a complete restoration of my teeth which has opened my bite considerably; thus dramatically improving my smile and overall appearance. Dr. Head is the consummate professional and medically intuitive. She has excellent credentials and years of exceptional experience as a Prosthodontist.
Arlene Burkhart, Office Manager, was my first encounter with the office. Not only was she friendly, charming, and up-beat, but discovered that she was undergoing the same procedure herself (with fantastic results). Arlene is always accommodating and is a pleasure both on the phone and in person.
Heather, Dr. Head's assistant is incredibly caring, knowledgeable, compassionate and truly a nice person. I always feel at ease when Heather is caring for me as a patient.
Paulo and Chris are professional Dental Hygienists in the office. They, also are very friendly and make one feel comfortable.
The entire staff exudes the feeling of being at home and part of a family. I have already recommended Dr. Belinda Gregory-Head and will continue to do so in the future.

Dr. Gregory-Head and her staff of Dental Technicians, and especially her practice manager, are exceptional. I have been to her office for maintenance, xrays, and cleanings and have never waited nor experienced any problems. Dr. Gregory Head is a true professional. Seriously she is the first dentist who did a check for signs of oral cancer. When she told me what she was doing, I said, "You're the first dentist to do this! And I'm 35 and a former smoker!" She was surprised. Anyway, my hat is off to her and her extremely competent and professional staff. I especially want to thank her practice manager, Dr. Arlene Burkhart who is what a practice administrator should be. She is so organized and professional. I have never had such a positive experience at a dentist's office before.
