Loved the Doctor but her staff could use some inservice training on how to speak to people with an element of respect...:)

It’s been a really long time since I have seen Dr. Richardson, but I would not go back to her for my root canal or any other dentistry. She is good at what she does, but demeanor was not what I like. Some of her comments to me were rude. Not sure if she was just trying to be funny, because I was so nervous because I was having my first root canal or not. One of her comments was while she was waiting for the numbing medication to take effect on me was.... "if I would like to read a magazine"? and I just wanted to relax and I said "no thank you" and she said "not enough pictures" I thought that the so very rude! And unprofessional to say something like that. There were other rude comments or sly remarks she made, but no need of typing all of that.
To say the least, I will not go back to this dentist. Maybe that's just her humor but it’s not for me.

While Dr. Richardson is a good endodontist (I was very much at ease during my root canal), her front office staff is incompetent at processing insurance claims. Even if they know how much your insurance pays up front, they still make you pay half, and then take FOREVER to send in your claim. I'm still waiting for close to a $300 refund a month and a half later...

Dr. Richardson was awesome. It's been less than 12 hours out ,and I have had absolutely no pain at all. She is pleasant, comforting and a wonderful coverstionalist. I will recommend her to everyone needing a root canal.
