Dr. Ronald Taylor (RCT Endodontics) is ethical, professional and explains in detail the procedure he is performing. His staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Taylor reviewed the Xrays before and after each procedure to ensure my questions were answered. The office is well laid out and comfortable.
The only thing that was missing for me was the opportunity to pay for and obtain "Laughing gas"- which is Nitous Oxide. I am sure they do not offer this because no insurance covers it and it is expensive for most patients.
I had two root canals and one Apioectomy, I highly recommend Dr Taylor and hist staff.
About Front Desk: Mary was very helpful with assisting me with determining what was covered by my dental insurance-afterall- it is the patients responsibility to udnerstand the insurance coverage. I brought not only my insuracne card with me but the brochure wiih codes and coverage,she reviewed the insurance codes with me. Cannot ask for more!!
