Friendly enough but dismissive of my dental pain and left me in a bad situation with a filling I told him while I was still in the chair was too high. This simple fix (at the time) would have saved me my past six days of excruciating pain...but then, they told me I would be in pain for 3 weeks after receiving this filling anyway. Of course AFTER they had already done the work. Oh and the doc tried to work on me without letting the lidocaine kick in...then seemingly got frustrated when I told him the drilling on my NOT NUMB tooth hurt. Life lesson: Listen to your patient's needs. BTW I AM STILL IN PAIN!

About Front Desk: They were alright. Pretty nice but also told me that pain for 3 weeks after a filling is normal. It is not.

Dr. Looby is a great dentist. He does great dental work, is super friendly, and most importantly, he is honest. I highly recommend him.

The facility is clean, nice atmosphere and he is one of the kindess & most gentle dentist that caters to your needs. I highly recommend for fraidy cats like me. Anonymous

Terry is the most patient and honest dentist. He wants to make his patients teethe look the best they can look and is very personnel. He takes a lot of pride in his work and is really funny.

My experience with dentists in the past have not been the best, but after meeting Dr. Looby my smile is so much better and my fear of dentist is no longer there.
