Dr. Shaw is an excellent dentist and very easy to talk to regarding procedures, questions etc.. He has adjusted my bite and alleviated my headaches. He makes recommendations without being pushy, he doesn't recommend unnecessary procedures.
He explains the pros and cons of various procedures.
He has been my husband and my dentist for over 20 years and we have found all his recommendations to be appropriate. He has worked with our different levels of comfort with previous dentists and our different ways of scheduling and /or putting things off. He is very respectful of us as patients. He manages our pain so that we are always comfortable. I highly recommend him. His office has worked with our various ins.cos. over the years in a timely and helpful way.
About Hygienist: There is not a lot of turnover with hygienists which is nice. They are very professional and do an excellent job.

Had other "mediocre" dentists before but Frank Shaw is AWESOME. Very professional, pain free, gets to know patients, does NOT recommend treatment just to make money. Just can't say enough good about him.

Can't find a dentist that is a good as he was. I live 1000 miles away and will probably go back to him, because he is so good.
I had a lot of work done over those years and miss his care and attentive service. He never missed a beat. No problem was beyond his abilities. And he never was shy about recommending a specialist who was as top notch as he is.
No problems with billing, payments, insurance. All the staff was wonderful.

Frank is fantastic. A perfectionist at heart, he makes sure your teeth are in tip top shape. I hate the dentist and may be considered somewhat of an anti-dentite however, I would recommend Frank to even the most cowardly of patients. If you're lookin for a dentist, pick Frank. My wife and I have referred at least 7 people to him.

Great dentist - I come back from the East Coast for check-ups and cleanings. His staff is also fabulous.

Dr. Shaw is concerned, thorough, and listens to the patient. The hygienist Meg is as kind, friendly, and caring as you will ever find at the dentist. They hold themselves to the highest of standards in the care of their patients' teeth. They make themselves available on short notice for emergencies. They are mindful of patients' cost concerns and will give advice as to various options that are available.

Awesome care and really gets to know you and how you use your teeth. Help you understand based on your lifestyle what you are doing to your teeth so that you can make sure own decisions. Staff is very engaging and professional from Front Desk to Hygienists and of course Frank (Dentist). Been going to him for 8 years now.

GREAT DOCTOR. VERY GENTLE HANDS AND WE ALL KNOW HOW MUCH THAT MATTERS. ACTUALLY LISTENS TO YOUR ISSUE AND ISN'T JUST DOING WHAT HE THINKS HAS TO BE DONE WITHOUT TALKING TO HIS PATIENTS.

WONDERFUL doctor. Great dentist. I went to Dr. Shaw for over 7 years while working at DePaul in Chicago. It was always a pleasure to visit with MAryAnn, the office coordinator and Ann, the dental hygenist. His office is a pleasant, family run business. I would recommend it to everyone I know for ALL their dental needs. ~Jordan H.
