I have had Dr. Youssef as my personal dentist for almost 30 years now. He has always been honest and kind to me. I have had my teeth straightened and cleaned by him and he has whitened my teeth several times. I recommend him to family and friends.

I took my 5 year old son in for an emergency and all the Dr did was a super fast cleaning and xray then he said I can't work on him when my child was crying from his tooth ache. I waited one hour to be seen. Dr. Yousef accepted the job and then backed out. If he has no patience and can't work with children then I suggest he doesn't see children at all especially when he knows they have difficult cases. Maybe he would be good only for check ups or cleaning. I would not recommend him.
About Front Desk: His assistant is the secretary and she doesn't come to the counter that often because she is helping him with the patients inside. I waited 1 hour or more to go in and it was with appointment.
