Jensen was so rude and unprofessional!...Since he's retiring in about a month or so he could care less to take me on as a new patient!..I've never been treated so rudely and so disrespectful as I was by this dentist!..He should be ashamed of how he talks to new patient...but then again why would he care he's going into retirement anyway . What a disgrace tot he dental community!
About Front Desk: Front desk was so rude and had no idea what she was talking about!!!....Didn't know how to check insurance...called me a liar and then proceeded to tell me that I need to go and find another doctor. When I asked to speak to the doctor, both her and the dentists talked among themselves as they were talking about me...the dentist came back and stated that I should find another doctor. What a bunch of idiots working in that office!!!

I had a toothache and saw my regular dentist. He referred me to Dr. Jensen. I got in the same day, at the time I needed. I was treated with professionalism by Dr. Jensen and his staff. I wan informed of all treatment performed and the risk of doing or not doing treatment.
I went back to work after my root canal treatment and have had NO pain or concerns since.
Dr. Jensen and his staff totally ROCK in my book.

I used him years ago for a root canal. It went great.
Process of anesthesia was easy, I felt calm and I'm usually extremely anxious.

Costs and treatment was not explained to me before service. Service is not guaranteed and was not gentle.
