Let's start with... I hate dentists and I know I'm not alone.
However............
Dr. Trocchio is one in a million!
When 2 other general dentists turned me away due to an abscessed tooth and some other major dental issues, Dr. Frank quickly and confidently took me on as a new patient.
His calm and patient manner (not to mention his skill with a needle!!) is priceless!!!! and comparable to no other.
Although I am the proud owner of a crown, in the end, I was
able to keep my tooth, which was quite important to me.
Oh, and each and every member of his staff is not only helpful, but they are kind, caring and fun!
And no. He's not a relative!!
Although I wouldn't mind!!

i feel very nervous and the front office staff is not helpful. They call all three of my numbers and even disturb me at work to confirm appointments, but not to make me feel at ease at alll. I feel rushed and crowded in the office and overall not valued there. The hygienists are fine and the bright spot.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Trocchio, he and his staff have been so helpful. I am delighted customer since 1983.

I was experiencing extreme pain and my current dentist was unsuccessful with treating my tooth. He kept telling me there was nothing he could do and continued prescribing me medications. After weeks of terrible pain and many days of just staying in bed, my friend recommended me to her dentist of 11 years, Dr. Frank Trocchio of ElmwoodPark. Dr.Trocchio saw me the same day I called for an appointment, his office told me to come right over because of my pain. I was relieved to be greeted by a friendly and courteous staff and Dr. Trocchio was the best. He began a root canal on me and couldn't believe my previous dentist did not take any actions. I went to sleep that night for the first time in weeks without any pain. I was seen a week later by him to finish the root canal and I have been in perfect condition ever since. I would have paid any amount to get out of such pain and I had no problem writing the check. The charge was not outrageous but a tiny bit more than possibly an office in the suburbs. I do see why Dr. Trocchio's office does charge what they do, they do not make patients in pain wait, they have a great staff, extremley advanced technology, and a painless Dr. THANK YOU! I have been Dr.Trocchio's patient ever since!!!!!!!
