At first, My family was quite pleased with Dr. Lalich. But over time, our fillings began to crack and fall out. And, her explaination was that we must have been eating something hard, which cracked just about all of the fillings that she put in. Mind you, I still have fillings from twenty five years ago...
Another thing that concerned me was the number of root canals and pulpotomies she recommended for me and my three young children. My 4yr old had a clean bill of health at one 6 month check-up, and six months later, she had "9 CAVITIES", and needed "4 PULPOTOMIES". My husband asked Dr. Lalich, "How could that be?" Her response was, "Well, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree!"
Well, I took my daughter to my old dentist, TWENTY MILES AWAY, and paid for new x-rays and an exam. I found out that she only had two cavities and didn't need any pulpotomies.
Needless to say, I paid for new exams for the whole family, and found that each of us needed less work than she recommended. I still have the paperwork.
I, also, found out that many of the fillings she put in still had cavities beneath them. And, I spent a lot of money correcting her work.
I Recommend A SECOND OPINION!
About Hygienist: Very rough and painful. Tools feel like steak knives against the gums. My mouth was sore for days. Having my teeth cleaned never hurt that bad with my old hygenist or my new one.

Gentle, kind, methodical in approach, esp. when it comes to informing the patient of procedures taking place, and making them feel at ease.

Dr Laura is Awesome....Very considerate of patient, makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed with her friendly personality. She is a perfectionist and gives 110% - Highly Recommended.

Very conscious of good pain control - had two root canals and never had pain either before or during the procedure. Very relaxed atmosphere. Doesn't believe in making patients wait - keeps to schedule as much as possible. I've never waited more than 10 minutes past my appointment time.
