As time went on care got worse. Current dentist had to redo several things he had done. Every one I recommended left his practice because of his dentistry. He got careless when he built the office. I started with him when he took over the practice of my previous dentist who retired. I stayed for a few years until the periodontist found problems we thought had been corrected.

About Hygienist: about 40 min. Mae was better than Alex ( Could have been a different name.)

Dr. Yoshino is a very dentist, friendly, and courteous. Light hands. Responds to his customers promptly.

About Front Desk: Poor customer service. Not friendly. Snob

Dr. Yoshino and his dental hygenist are personably, friendly, knowledgeable and know you by name! I have been a patient over 15 plus years. My husband and two sons (8&7) also receive their care here. Everything is exceptional and I refer all my friends within the area. Only down side is the receptionist/biller. Unprofessional, rude, flighty, and always have problems with billing.

About Front Desk: Front staff.... POOR. Rude, unprofessional, flighty, and not very good with her job task(s). Replace her and Dr. Yoshino's staff would be exceptional!

About Hygienist: Alex and all the hygienist are top notch, very knowledgeable, humorous, and put you at ease.

excellent, professional, great "bedside manner" - been seeing him for more than 15 yrs.

he used to be a better, more caring dentist. then he moved into his new facility and he didnt care anymore. the dental technicians were the friendliest people there. his secretary, michelle, has a horrible attitude. i strongly discourage people from going to dr yoshino. ive had to have 4 cavaties replaced since he did such a horrible job.

Dr. Yoshino and his team were very kind and friendly. Both my fiance and I go to Dr. Yoshino and they always know us. I have had tremendous success with the fillings and gum treatments I have had. My fiance has had great success with his gum treatments, root canals and crowns. He has had trouble with the filling on one tooth, but Dr. Yoshino's office has given us emergency appointments and assisted us after hours. The hygenists are fabulous and very helpful.
