I have been a pt. in this office for quite some time. I have only had Dr. R. Wollard work on my mouth although his son is also in practice with him. I feel he does good work.
About Front Desk: Always helpful and pleasant.

I have had mult. experianes with this office and eeach one was been very pain free minus of when I walked through the door. It is a very clean office as well as the staff is friendly as well as professional which can be very hard to find. I was extremely please with the care I have been given with every visit!

Dr. Wollard did three root canals for me -- all of which I've since learned were unnecessary. He refused to answer calls when I was in pain, and he was rude and insensitive when I spoke to him. I've also learned that he failed to go deep enough on one of the teeth, and I may need to have the procedure repeated in the future.

I think Dr. Wollard is a wonderful endodontist! I just had the most wonderful experience there. And his humming makes me so relaxed. Thank you Dr.wollard!

Stay away from this place...I have had more than 10 root canals and didnt come away with one that did not get infected. I had to go back two and in a few cases three times to have the procedure re-done because of infection. On my last visit which was a few days ago I started looking for reasons for the infections and found on the rollup cart with the tools on it, pieces of small bits af material that I thought might be paint chips till Ifelt them and realized it was stuff stuck to the surface of the machine top. I shutter to think that it may have been bits & pieces that flew off of those tools that came out out of peoples mouths. The place looks fancy but beware!

Dr. Wollard needs to retire! Not only is his bedside manner non-existant, but his technique is too. I've had to see a second endodontist after Dr. Wollard had two chances to do my root canal correctly - he failed both times. I've had a toothache for 3 weeks now because he was in too big a hurry to do it right the first time. And as for the shots, I nearly called the police to have him arrested for assault! Nobody should have to go through what I've been through with Dr. Wollard.
