I found Dr. Kurtz to be really quite rude with the bedside manner of Howard Stern if he were a dentist. His staff is pleasant enough, though a bit matronly. There was an overall sense of self-righteousness amongst all of the staff, but especially Dr. Kurtz. He's like your grandfather's dad as a dentist. Very disappointed overall. I left in excruciating pain. When asked what to do about it, they wanted me to return and pay more money to see the doctor. I didn't know you see a dentist so that they can injure you only to make you pay to resolve it. Rather like paying protection money to the mafia. And that's the overall feeling I got from this place.
