biling patients never been there.Still got bill for what?Called the front desk lady is rude and the doctor never called me back left 2 messages no call back still.

I've been a patient of Dr Mui for over 25 years. Ten years ago I moved to Gurnee. I selected all new doctors closer to home except for my favorite dentist - Dr. Mui.
I've had cosmetic dentistry, fillings, crowns and have been pleased with all of it. He deserves the Gentle Dental name.
About Front Desk: The majority of the staff is the same for the past 25 years. It's like going home to visit family, but without the stress.
About Hygienist: All are professional, efficient and do an excellent job. 5 stars

I travel for an hour to see Dr. Mui. Tried several dentists closer to my home, but no one came close to Dr. Mui.

My husband and I as well as our kids go to Dr. Mui and he and his staff are wonderful. The kids LOVE to go to the dentist and they are 6 and 4! We have had a great experience there and appreciate the way he does not "sell" you anything or do "extra" work like we have experienced in the past. He is great and we are glad we found him.
About Hygienist: All of the hygienists have been wonderful too! They are great with the kids and offer cookie dough flavor for the cleaning!

I have been a patient of this Dentist for about 20 years now. I travel over 30 miles to go to this dentist!!!! So does my husband!

Wonderful staff and environment. Dr. Mui is such a great guy and does such a terrific job. He is the only dentist that I have ever had that can inject novicaine without pain. I have had some bad experiences in the past. He is so gentle and friendly with my kids. They love going there. When I was little I never looked forward to going to the dentist. My kids actually do!

Dr. Mui and his staff do a great job. My wife, 2 kids and I have been going there for 17 years and we nearly always get great results.
