Dr. Perna is a great dentist, he is highly skilled and experienced. He always works with patients to do what is best for them. His injections are the best !

For years I was very self-conscious about my smile. In college and at work I would grind my teeth at times when I slept. Over time it wore down the enamel of my teeth. I was so happy when Dr. Perna said that it could be corrected with porcelain veneres. He was very thorough about the process which gave me a great deal of comfort about proceeding.
The results were outstanding. Friends and family have all complimented me on my smile and have mentioned that I appear more full of energy and look younger as a result.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Perna. High marks all around.
About Front Desk: Speaking of making me feel comfortable, Eliza who is the office manager has a great rapport with the patients. She is very sweet, compassionate and very thorough with me as well as the other patients that I have witnessed every time I'm there. It's definitelty a 1st class run outfit and I'm happy to be a patient..... You will too :)

He is doing my whole mouth, BEST dds I ever had. I fully trust and respect his ideas. He is always professional, yet has a great personality. We talk and laugh and hes always upbeat. He is a Master of his trade and his commitment to excellence is second to NONE.

I have had several procedures performed by Dr. Perna. I highly recommend him for fillings, crowns and other routine dental procedures. He has never hurt me! However, I would not recommend him for a root canal. It was painless but took much longer compared to going to the endodontist.

Dr. Perna does an excellent job and I have been completely satisified with his work. I have had a crown and my wisdom teeth removed and all procedures went great. He was pretty no-nonsense, but efficient. Cost is expensive though. Some of his prices were so high that they even went over my insurance's maximums and so I had to extra on top of my expected percentage. Hygienists and front desk staff are all nice and friendly.

Dr. Perna is a no-nonsense guy and works quickly with only minor discomfort. His staff is attentive, but not overly friendly. He plays WXRT in the office, which is nice. There is a bit of a hard sell on things like whitening, filling replacement, etc.
Overall, I've continued going to Dr. Perna partly out of convenience and partly because he gets the job done.

I've been with this group for 7 years -- nice hygienists, up to date care (digital x-rays, video, etc), and had one filling done which was essentially painless. Overall good experience.

Dr. Perna is not very personable, and he made a series of errors that cost me no end of pain and time. He didn't listen very carefully when I was expressing some discomfort, and when I developed a serious infection- he would not take an emergency appontment, and by the time I got in to see him I was in so much pain that I vowed never to set foot in his office again.
