I just had my first appointment with Dr. Hasse and found him to be very pleasant and personable, which is something I appreciate in all doctors and do not always find. He was very gentle and let me know what he was going to do before it was done, so there were no painful surprises. His staff was also very kind and gentle. I'm so happy to have found a dentist with whom I am happy!

A few years ago, I got a letter from my dentist saying he was leaving his practice due to carpal tunnel syndrome. The next day, I broke a molar that had very old amalgam fillings in it. I needed to find a new dentist right away. I found Dr. Hasse at Embarcadero Dentistry and he saw me the next day and offered to start the procedures to prep the tooth for the crown and take the necessary impressions. I've been going to him ever since for preventive care. He did replace one old, cracked amalgam filling with the new invisible composite filling. The work has been excellent. I can't complain about the costs because my dental plan covered the bulk of the work and all of the twice-yearly preventive care. I knew right off that Dr. Hasse was the kind of dentist I wanted, with just the right chairside manner and the years of experience that enabled my complete trust. I think he's an excellent dentist. Embarcadero Dentistry is right in the Financial District, a convenient walk from my job (and the previous two). They also have every specialist in the same office, endodontist, oral surgeon, periodonist, orthodontist, as well as other general dentists if you have an emergency while your own dentist is on vacation. It's all good.

Dr. Hasse is an excellent Dentist and performs Endodontics as well. I had 2 root canals at his office and both worked out great and painless - a very patient doctor with a very easy style. Highly professional and very well equipped office - full facilities (x-ray, etc) at every chair. Office staff is easy to work with and has been very accomodating. Only issue I would raise is that Embarcadero doesn't have the cheapest rent, but the convenience in being near to my office makes it worthwhile. Embarcadero Denistry has several doctors on staff and I've also worked with Dr. Olsen - also a great dentist. I highly recommend this office for your financial district dentistry needs.
