The dental office is a good location because I am a resident of the South Suburban area, however the follow up care is poor. The hours are not condusive with most working people. The office is closed most Saturdays. The office staff does not return calls promptly, if at all. I had to contact the office 4 times for a folow up appointment after have a root canal. I finally able to reach the secretary who stated that she would call me back and never did. Thus, I have found a more professional dentist location still in the south suburban area who did a wonderful job with my permanent crown and who has great office personnel.
