Going to COURT - Dr Germino will take you to COURT for any $ discrepancy.

Dr. Germino was not forthcoming with details outlining why the total bill more than doubled the amount I was quoted during the beginning of the visit.
If the amount was going to change by thousands of dollars, it should have been made very clear OR at the very least it should have been noted that the cost in general would/could change. I was not informed of any cost change nor did I expect we would be ignored when we requested to discuss the MAJOR billing discrepancy with Dr. Germino directly, since he was the source of the initial quote provided.

Dr. Germino and his son are wonderful doctors. I am a healthcare professional and I appreciate good care and service. The staff is friendly, and very helpful. The work is professional. They are gentle and attend to details. The staff is great with children and adult patients. Our entire family have been going to Dr. Germino's office since we moved into the neighborhood. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I know we are getting the best treatment for a reasonable price.

I would highly recommend Dr. Germino. He is personable and does a great job with getting the results done with what you want with your teeth. Very friendly staff also. The location was a bit hard to find otherwise you can't go wrong with trusting him.

Dr Germino & Staff were great !!!!!! They were great to deal with in every way from appointments, too my time waiting (never more then 10 mins). They worked with me on a pay plan, even when I fell behind they still would help me and that means a lot (they care). Since I started going to DR Germino Two of my family members have switched to their office. I can't say enough good things about his team. I wish all Doctors offices were run in this manor. Thanks

Dr. Tom Germino is the best dentist you can get. He and his staff care about the patients and always give the patient the best quality of care and service.

just a great dentist. Explains all procedures. State of the art equipment, completely computerized. X-rays go right to the computer. excellent chair side manners
