Both sides of my family have been with Dr Z. for as long as I can remember. My grandmother was unable to open her moth very wide, and Dr Z and his staff worked around her limitations. He's always been a very compassionate and caring Dr, making a trip to the dentist as relaxing as possible. I now bring my own children to see Dr Zichterman. I highly reccomend him.
About Front Desk: Nancy is always so polite and nice to talk to. She made sure to explain how my insurance will be processed, and making sure the next appt date and time is good for me.

Dr Z Has taken care of my famliy of 6 for 20 years. He has always done a great job with out fail. His staff is always friendly and helpful as well as very competent. No bad experiences here.
