Dr Beth and her staff are caring and professional. I have been going to her for years and always leave happy because I know I got the best care possible. Her hygienists are thorough and effective. Dr Beth is warm and efficient while handling all my dental issues. I could not be happier with my experiences with RF dental group and I refer them out every chance I get!

Dr. Heiferman is terrific. Very thoughtful practitioner. Serious about the treatment; gentle in her manner. She took great care not to cause any pain during the drilling. I have had several fillings drilled out and replaced. I have had many positive experiences with Dr. Heiferman. Love her.
My wife and three kids (10, 10, 13) use this dental practice. I have only heard good things from them.
Very clean facility. Massage chair. Pricing seems reasonable. Scheduling was not a problem. Easy parking out front.
About Front Desk: Peggy is great. Easy scheduling. Always in good spirits. She calls to confirm all appointments. Handles changes and cancellations. Schedules appointments so their is little or no waiting prior to treatment. Very personalized service.
About Hygienist: Tess, dental asst., did a good job during the procedure. Quick with the suction when there were fluids in my mouth. Accommodating with sun glasses and back and neck support pillows. Very nice.

A remarkable dentist and person; excellent staff, well maintained facilities, patient, explains findings and recommends procedures for healthy maintenance or oral hygene, punctual, follows up after emergency visits. Dr. Beth was our hygienist in another dentist's office. When she became a DDS she shared an office with the father of a neighbor ours and when she became the primary following the his death, she became our dentist. We've been with her for at least 25+ years perhaps longer. We highly recommend her. Her staff is professional, welcoming and friendly and the office is spotlessly clean.

When I tell people that I like going to my dentist they respond with disbelief. But I do! Dr. Heiferman has been our family dentist for 26 years. She has shown us kindness, dedication and proven to us that going to the dentist is a pain-free and an enjoyable experience. It begins at the front door, with a warm welcome from behind the desk. There are lots of reading materials, and being a recipe hound, Peggy has often offered to make copies of recipes for me from the food magazines there. Then through the door to the patient room, a comfortable chair, sunglasses and earphones with relaxing music to complete the pleasant ambiance. Throughout my exam and treatment we often have interesting and compelling conversations on just about any topic you can think of. Yes, I love my dentist, and i am so happy that I can say that.

I have been to Dr. Beth for two root canals and a some cavities. I am a terrible patient but Dr. Beth is a great dentist! More importantly, she is a caring person. Her primary concerns are her patients comfort and care and she is always willing to take those extra steps to make sure you're comfortable. Her staff is exceptional as well. They are personable and always willing to help and answer questions. I would absolutely recommend her to other people.

Dr. Heiferman and her staff have treated our family for many years, and we are completely satisfied with the care we've received. Besides the dental work they do, Dr. Heiferman and her staff also respect and work with the whole person. We have six children with many issues, and this office's care and attention for the children has been exemplary and beyond what we could have ever imagined. Thank you, Dr. Beth!

I have been a patient of Dr. Beth's for nearly 20 years and can say that she is the absolute best! She's kind, funny, smart, and knowledgeable -- everything you'd want in a dentist. She is especially great with my kids, who have grown up under her dental guidance. In fact, my daughter, who has some special needs, has been given extra attention and care to ensure that she is comfortable (i.e., in the sometimes uncomfortable world of the dentist's office). I could not recommend Dr. Beth Heiferman more highly....in fact, I have recommended her many times to friends who have universally agreed that she is the best of the best in terms of dentists. She is Outstanding and A True Family Dentist!!

I have been going to the River Forest Dental Group since I was 5 years old, and I would never think to go to another dentist. You feel like family the second you walk in the door! Dr. Heiferman is very detailed oriented and explains/shows everything she is going to perform. I would send my family, friends, and everyone I know to this practice.
