Stay away from this dentist if you want to have a good dental experience for you and your children! She is rude and disrespectful. I have taken my kids there on two separate occasions. I gave her the benefit of the doubt by going back and had the same but worse experience the second time. She told me my daughter had cavities but never bothered to take the time to show me on the xrays where they were. When I called back to ask more questions, I was told" I didn't show you because the average person can't see cavities on an xray". That is funny, because my dentist always takes the time to go over my xrays and points out any areas of concern. bottom line...not professional at all. go somewhere else !!!

Dr. Coffey is wonderful. My son suffers from mouth ulcers and she is the only doctor that has been able to treat them with success. Even the ER doctors didn't know what to do to help him. She has a way with kids (and adults) and even though we had to move out of state - I keep her as my son's dentist.

Dr. Coffey is a wonderful dentist! She is extremely knowledgeable and I trust her completely with my teeth. She has been managing the care for my teeth over the last 23 years (since I was 8 years old) and I have reaped the benefits! I have been living overseas for 1.5 years now but on my next trip home, I am going to see Dr. Coffey to have her check the quality of new fillings I received at my new dentist. When Dr. Coffey gave me fillings (not many) - my teeth never hurt after the work was done. Now I've had 3 fillings replaced here (at the new dentist) and my teeth hurt for 3 weeks!!! I'm not comfortable finding a new dentist and wish Dr. Coffey would move overseas!! ;) She is amazing, I can't recommend her enough!!!

Unfortunately, customer service has greatly diminished. Most recently a procedure was scheduled without any discussion of what it was for and the fact that most insurance companies wouldn't pay for it. It took weeks to find out more about it from the dentist and there was no apology from the dentist or staff for the inconvenience for the lack of communication.

I was treated by Dr. Coffey while I had a job on television. I had a crooked smile and using a cap and some aesthetic dentistry techniques, I came out of it looking like I'd had braces. Perfectly straight, but NORMAL looking teeth. She does a fabulous job as a dentist and diagnostician. As far as I'm concerned, she should be highly rated.

Very concerned with patient comfort, does everything possible to make the experience pain-free.
Everyone there is very helpful. Have never waited more than 5 minutes to get in a chair--even when my son had to have his teeth checked because of a fall.
I can't recommend her high enough.
