I got invisalign treatment from Dr. Chin (referred by Dr. Shin Shin Lee, his wife, my former dentist). Before the treatment, I only heard ow good it was compare to the traditional braces. After the treatment, when I realized my upper front teeth still have obvious tilt and the midline of my upper teeth was at least 2 mm left to my lower teeth, he started saying nobody could see them except myself and invisalign was not good at correcting these tilted teeth. He was reluctant to do refinement. I have to insist and insist. Finally, he agreed to do it but warned me even he submitted the requirement, the company may still decline it. He got the new aligners for the refinement several weeks after, I felt pressure on my back teeth when he put them into my mouth. After I came back home, there was more and more pain. I took off my invisalign and found they were longer than my previous ones, and actually there were one more tooth on both sides covered by the lower aligner. I called Dr. Chin and went to his office, he found he forgot my wisdom teeth which did not grow out completely. He cut the lower aligner for me, but my gum got swollen and I had pain for about a week. And I had to remind him
