I visited Dr. Conen's office multiple times during the last months. The doctor himself seems knowledgeable, however, it is almost impossible to get any information from him if you ask a question. He does not explain much, he wants to go directly with the treatment her plans. He also does not take time to look into my mouth at all, he offered me to treat the tooth for which I was already treated by another dentist while I was on vacation. I had one canal treatment with him which turned unsuccessful in the end so I had to see 2 other doctors. He is overall unfriendly and not communicative. The office staff are also seemingly friendly but when I wanted to pay the copay previous time one lady told me the card maschine is broken and I had to pay cash although I had paid with the card previously. Next time she told me that she does not take 20 dolar bill because there is no change. She (and the doctor) made go to Starbucks to get 5 dolar bill. I am 32 years old and I feel they are treating me like a kid. The office does not have any digital Xray and the overall quality is poor compared to other dentist I visited. I do not recommend this office at all and I gave my only star to the lady helping the doctor. She is pretty and helpful.

My treatment went exactly as planned. My veneers look beautiful. I would recommend anyone looking for Cosmetic Dentistry to see Dr. Conen. I'm sure you will be as happy as I am with his treatment.
