I truly hope that people know how poor this dentist's service is. One, he treated me without anastesia for a very painful procedure. I was crying the whole time. Two, he treated me for a procedure (different one) which I found out later was unnecessary. I highly suggest that you find a different dentist.

Highly professional, explains all procedures and costs clearly. Staff is courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

Beware of the women at the front desk!! The women at the front desk are extremely rude. They will 'lie' to you about appointment availabilty They are aggressive about seeking payment for services as if you would walk out without paying!! They do have your name, address and insurance information! One of them forgot to give me the bleach to whiten my teeth because she was so concerned that I was going to leave without paying or it!
I actually reported their behavior to Dr. Friedstat thinking maybe I had done something to upset them but hoping that their behavior would improve. WRONG!! They were worse than before so I switched dentists.

25 years experience with Dr Friedstadt. Expensive but excellent.
