He was willing to do several procedures at one time to save me some time and money--all those were fine.
One at a separate time. When asked whether the existing pain (after procedure) would go away, the Dr. replied "don't worry".
Well, several months later and still suffering from the pain and getting the rubber stamp reply, "Don't worry, it will go away" I had to see the endodontist, racking up more fees, Dr. Mendelson had the nerve to report me to credit reporting agencies, after refusing to return my several (5) calls to discuss the situation. I guess there are still arrogant doctors who still think they can do no wrong, in spite of the facts that show otherwise ! ! ! Up 'til then I would have recommended him to any and all friends and family since he seemed very effective and efficient and technically very competent. He also went back on his word as he promised to send my records (out of concern for continuity of care), but has yet to do so.

friendly, kind, thoughtful, easy to talk to, superb quality of care, best dentist ever

Dr. Mendelson very nice, approachble, and knowledgeable. However, most time is spent with hygienists and there is a fair amount of empahsis on generating most revenue possible.
