The day of a major holiday, I had a root issue and Dr. Siegal met me at his office after-hours to do enough of the root canal procedure to ease the pain and get me through the holiday. Afterward, he finished the job and I have been pain-free since. Doctors who are that committed to their patients are rare. I HIGHLY recommend him not only for his committment; but also for his skill.

Dr. Siegal is, to me, the perfect dentist. He is still a one-man show in the world or ever increasing assembly line dentistry; you know, where a dental hygienist cleans your teeth and then the dentist comes parading in like a corporate executive to glance at your teeth, shake your hand and say "have a good day."
Dr. Siegal on the other hand knows my teeth issues like the back of his own hand- to him I'm almost like a family member as opposed to another widget on the corporate assembly line.
He is a very conservative dentist- doesn't recommend any fancy treatment unless absolutley necessary.
He's been my family's dentist for the past 15 years. Even though we moved 30 miles away from him, we still go to him, even though it means fighting through Chicago area traffic to get there.
